If you would like to contribute, please send an abstract of your work to the workshop email, following the instructions below.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is October 30, 2025!

1. Download the Abstract template: link
2. Prepare your abstract in DOC(X) file format.
3. Save your abstract file under the name: Author Surname.doc(x).
4. The maximum length of the (extended) abstract is two A4-size pages.
5. Send your abstract to the email address: wvrp2025@gmail.com
6. Please mention your participation format (on-site or online) and your presentation preference (oral or poster) in the email.

Workshop Fee Information

There is no workshop fee, but a regular participant (except plenary and invited speakers) is kindly asked to pay 30 PLN for lunch and 120 PLN for the workshop dinner on November 15th, 2025.

Payment can be made via BLIK, bank transfer, or at the registration desk.
